These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Lip Blueprint (the "Course"), provided by Sculpt Medical Aesthetics, trading as Injector Ruby ("we," "us," "our"), accessible at learn.injectorruby.com. By purchasing, accessing, or enrolling in the Course, you ("you," "the Student") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Course.

1. About the Course

The Lip Blueprint is a digital education course designed for professional, practicing injectors, covering lip injection technique and related content. It is delivered via pre-recorded video, written materials, and associated resources hosted on our course platform.

2. Eligibility

The Course is intended for qualified, practicing aesthetic professionals. It is not intended for members of the public seeking to perform injectable treatments without appropriate qualifications, insurance, or regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction. By enrolling, you confirm that you are a suitably qualified professional or are enrolling for legitimate educational purposes consistent with your professional development.

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1 The Course is offered as a one-time payment as set out on the sales page at the time of purchase.

3.2 We may offer Buy Now, Pay Later payment options (e.g. Klarna, Clearpay) through our payment processor. If you choose to pay via such a service, your agreement for those instalments is between you and that third-party provider, not us. We are not responsible for that provider's terms, fees, or collection practices.

3.3 All prices are listed in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so prices shown are not subject to VAT.

4. Access and Cancellation Rights

4.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the Course content.

4.2 Your right to cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, by proceeding with checkout and confirming you wish to receive immediate access to the Course, you expressly acknowledge and consent that:

(a) you are requesting immediate access to digital content before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; and
(b) you thereby lose your right to cancel once access to the Course has commenced.

4.3 This waiver is presented to you clearly at the point of purchase and requires your active consent (via a checkbox at checkout, linked to these Terms) before your order can be completed.

4.4 No refund policy: Except as required by law, or where the waiver process above has not been properly completed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to complete the Course, or dissatisfaction with content, once access has been granted.

4.5 If you believe you have been charged in error, or a technical fault prevented you from accessing content you paid for, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate in good faith.

5. Licence to Use — Personal, Non-Transferable Access

5.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Course for your own individual educational use only.

5.3 A student account may only be used by one individual. We reserve the right to monitor account activity, including sign-in frequency and IP address, where we suspect a breach of this clause.

5.4 We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access, without refund, for any Student found to be in breach of this section, and to pursue further legal remedies where appropriate, including under copyright law.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content within the Course — including video, audio, written materials, graphics, branding, and downloadable resources — is our intellectual property (or licensed to us) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 No rights are transferred to you other than the limited personal licence to view the Course as set out in Section 5.

7. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer

7.1 The Course is provided for educational and professional development purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, a substitute for accredited clinical training, formal qualification, regulatory certification, or professional supervision required to practice as an aesthetic injector in your jurisdiction.

7.2 We make no guarantee of specific clinical outcomes, patient results, or business results from applying techniques taught in the Course. All practical application remains the sole responsibility and professional judgement of the Student, who is responsible for ensuring their own qualifications, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and professional body standards before performing any treatment.

7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the Student's application of techniques or information provided in the Course.

7.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

8. Availability and Changes to the Course

8.1 We may update, amend, or improve Course content from time to time. We do not guarantee the Course will remain available indefinitely, but will provide reasonable notice if access is to be withdrawn or materially changed.

8.2 We are not liable for any temporary unavailability of the Course due to technical issues, maintenance, or matters outside our reasonable control.

9. Data and Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our landing page, including for the purposes of account administration, communication, and marketing (where you have consented).

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Course (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

10.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
